Shanna brings 25 years of dedicated experience in the delivery and management of Early Childhood and related Community Services across Australia. With an extensive background leading teams and projects she has worked with Early Childhood organisations  in New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, and Tasmania before moving to Victoria in late 2024.

Shanna’s lifelong passion for providing high-quality care for children goes hand-in-hand with her dedication to supporting teachers and educators within services. She is currently pursuing her Master of Educational Leadership and is an Apiary Fellow.  Shanna’s expertise includes working with organisations to develop, interpret, and integrate policies, regulations and standards into service delivery and quality practice. She is dedicated to leveraging technology to streamline management and administration, enabling teachers and educators to maximise their engagement and participation with children.

Shanna was drawn to Merri-bek Early Years Management due to its strong commitment to community, innovation, and excellence in early childhood education.
